* Implement software engineering processes and methodologies

* Debug complex software problems and maintain multi platform source code

* Independently learn and apply new software techniques and programming languages

* Proactively and effectively communicate with employees and clients as a technical liaison

Requirements include:

* Exceptional programming skills

* Related degree plus strong academic record or professional software development experience

* Preferred knowledge/experience/ability in the following areas may include: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Rack, Rspec, Cucumber, BDD, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, Prototype), user interface design, Postgresql, Data structure design, Amazon Web Services, Debian Linux, Mac OS
