Most of the hot items are sold within the first 10 minutes, with the bulk of sales occurring within the first 90 minutes.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Provide 3rd level support for Microsoft Exchange 2003 environment
• Provide 3rd level Exchange support to the Enterprise helpdesk.
• Provide Support for Blackberry and Iphone
• Provide 3rd level of Enterprise Vault support
• Troubleshoot mail flow issues.
• Troubleshoot spam- monitor white list and black list
• Ability to follow instruction and execute plans submitted by management.
• Perform regular mailbox recovery
• Provide Entourage 2007 and 2008 support
• Provide MS Office 2003 and 2007 support
Administer user accounts, monitor security and support user authentication & passwords.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 4 years of technical server administrator experience; must possess excellent technical knowledge of Windows 2003 Enterprise Server platform; practical server support
• Experience within a large-scale, complex environment. (1000 users)
• Expert experience with Windows 2003/Exchange 2003, Group Policy, Active Directory, Domain/Forest migrations and trusts, MS Clustering, Shadow copy.
• Experience with TCP/IP, LDAP, HTTP, DHCP, WINS, DNS, Enterprise Vault, Exchange 2003/2007/2000/5.5 and Blackberry Server 4.1
THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE BUT NOT REQUIRED:
• Understanding of time management, oral presentation skills, ability to articulate to the end user in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of MS Office software, Outlook 2003/2007 to address client connectivity issues, Excel, Project Manager and VISIO.
