Working With Rails

We're looking for the deadliest back end developers/architects to join our team. You'll be creating product features as well as core architecture components that will be executed on the orders of millions, if not billions of times a day.

* BS or MS in Computer Science from top program (Ph.D. a plus)
* 3-5 years of software development experience
* Expert Ruby on Rails developer with 1-3 years experience [can crank out applications in no time] (entire stack)
* Expert on Ruby -> you know how to use Ruby to its fullest
* You must be familiar with production web environments: hot deployment, app server bounce techniques, hot DB connections
* You must love to work on games [experience on games even better]

Back End:
* Experience with live connections to clients (ie Tomcat, Juggernaut)
* Expert in datacenter server architecture for Rails, ie Loadbalancers, App servers, MySql Master-Slave

Front End:
* Have an eye for UI design
* Expert on CSS/javascript/html (3-5 years experience in CSS and Javascript)
