A little about us: we are LEMUR Heavy Industries (http://www.lemurheavy.com), a small web development firm that is looking to expand our bandwidth in spite of the economic troubles. We are located in Santa Monica and the focus of our business is on building/maintaining new online applications for funded start-ups.
Currently we are only looking for part-time employees who can do 20 hour weeks (2 full days plus a half day). This is definitely an opportunity for near-future full employment as we continue to grow.

Requirements:
* >= 2 years web development experience
* any MVC frameworks — RoR (ideally) / Django / Symphony
* example(s) of finished webapps in production a plus
* Languages:
** Ruby (Python if willing to transition to Ruby)
** Javascript—Prototype/Scriptaculous or jQuery
** HTML / CSS
** Flex or Java a plus
* comfortable with TDD
* experience with Git a plus
* develops in a unix flavor
** os-x (preferably)
** linux
** no windows!
* basic unix system administration
* web-app deployment experience a plus
* sphinx (or any full-text search engine) experience a plus
