Working With Rails

Looking for Senior Web Developers with strong experience in Ruby and specifically the Rails framework.
- Should have strong knowledge of Ruby language , OO concepts and
Best Practices.
- Should have strong working knowledge of Rails framework.
- Should understand Object Relational mapping concepts and
ActiveRecord , Models etc
- Should have working knowledge of Mongrel clusters, Capistrano
- At least 3 or 4 live projects.
- Knowledge of at least one AJAX library like jQuery , Prototype
or Script.aculo.us.
