Strong knowledge of Ruby, OO concepts and Best Practices - Strong working knowledge of Rails framework. Understanding of Obejct Relational mapping concepts and ActiveRecord, Models etc. - working knowledge of Mongrel clusters, Capistrano and 3 or 4 live projects - knowledge of at least one AJAX library like jQuery, Prototype or Script.aculo.us
