We are looking for Senior Web Developers with strong experience in Ruby and specifically the Rails framework. Strong knowledge of Ruby language, OO concepts and Best Practices. Strong working knowledge of Rails framework and understanding Object Relational mapping concepts and Active Record, Models etc. Working knowledge of Mongrel clusters, Capistrano and at least 3 or 4 live projects. Knowledge of at least AJAX library like jQuery, Prototype or Script.aculo.us
