Working With Rails

We are actively seeking Ruby on Rails Developers and Lead Developers for contract/freelance positions to work on several exciting upcoming projects. We have smaller projects that could be worked on remotely/part-time by a single developer and larger projects that will require a full-time commitment. One of our larger projects has a large CMS component and another an ECommerce website.

Specifically, we are looking for people who:

* Have at least 1 years of experience working with Rails and 5 years of web programming experience.
* Are passionate about technology and life in general
* Know how to get things done, even in challenging situations
* Have strong analytical and logical minds, and get excited about solving complex problems
* Like working in team-oriented environments and are committed to the success of their team as much as they are to their own success
* Exhibit integrity and honesty in everything that they do
* Are practically minded and understand the relationship between business and technology
* Are excited to show us some code they have written!

Skills:

* Ruby on Rails, XML, SQL, Web Services, Ajax
* Java and JRuby background is a plus
* Flex on Rails experience is needed for one project
