       While installing antwrap 0.7.0,(in cygwin) i am unable to install 

r.j.b1.0.3 . the following is the error

 gem install rjb-1.0.3
uilding native extensions.  This could take a while...
RROR:  Error installing rjb-1.0.3:
       ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

usr/bin/ruby.exe extconf.rb install rjb-1.0.3 hecking for jni.h... no extconf.rb failed * ould not create Makefile due to some reason, probably lack of ecessary libraries and/or headers. Check the mkmf.log file for more etails. You may need configuration options.

em files will remain installed in /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/rjb-1.0.3 for inspection. esults logged to /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/rjb-1.0.3/ext/gem_make.out

After so much try. i am unable to findout the cause of error. please guide me inthis regard.
