is there any webservice to list all countries
Hai All, I would like to know about web services that will list all countries and after selecting a country list all cities in that country. I will be very happy if there is latitude and longitude informations with the listing.

http://www.geonames.org/ give what you want, they have api for that http://www.geonames.org/export/ws-overview.html with a ruby client http://www.tbcn.ca/ruby_geonames
