The answer is whatever environment you're most comfortable with. Many professional Rails developers use OSX but Windows is also a fine development platform. Do you have specific concerns or issues?

I would like a concrete configuration question on which platform is the best for coding environment for Ruby as PRO--->(Linux, Unix, Windows). Currently, I'm using Windows. Any suggestion?
