Hi Vasu, Some great tutorial are out there ... they cost a few dollars but one in particular gives you a thorough grounding from start to finish of developing an application with industrial strength authorization.

The pdf is free I seem to remember and the screencast costs some dollars .... the particulars can be found at the site I list above.
Another site for screencasts is Rob Connery' TekPub:
All the particulars are clearly listed at this site as well .... this tutorial gives you an overview of rails 3 and they do have other tutorials that you might want to browse.
There are other sites selling tutorials but these two are the ones that came to mind.
Other sources are the Rails Guides and Rails API.
