1) Install gem using Alternatively you can install plugin(instead of gem) using 2) Add this line in the controller where you want to use TinyMCE

I have been seeing theed hardy clothes torch relay making its way into all countries and regions, delivering smiles and Olympic spirit. However,true religion what touches me most is the might behind that unite all Chinese at home and abroad. I never really thought Chinese could be so united. If my memory serves, Chinese constantly complain about the flip side of our country. We were very negative at the way the party rules and performs. As economy booms, our attention begin to transfix on more freedom of speech, democracy,ed hardy etc. but in terms of the like of democracy, our country is not doing so well to meet the demands. And there are lots of other problems arising from all aspect of life. To my surprise and joy, all complaints were set aside and Chinese are louis vuitton handbagsvery united to protect the torch, defend our dignity, and ensure a successful Beijing Olympics! I feel very proud, more than ever, to be Chinese! With such unity in concert, i would not even doubt China will restore its past glory and splendor soon. |

I would advise against using the gem. Where I have done so in the past it’s come back to bite me, since upgrading broke things and was cumbersome on the server. The gem is not officially maintained so you have to rely on someone else to maintain it for you. Since tinymce is 100% javascript my preference is to keep it 100% separate from Rails. I use jQuery for all rails websites, so I use the tinymce jQuery plugin, which you can download from http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/download.php (third item from the top). This has the advantage of loading tinymce in the background, which speeds up the page a lot, plus it only loads tinymce when it’s actually needed. |
