What is the difference between trusted source and unverified?

A trusted source is where the owner of that record has created an account on Working With Rails and has claimed that record as their own. When a record has been created but does not have an owner this is marked as unverified since it will have been entered by a third party.

How do I claim ownership of a record?

First, if you don't already have one, you need to create an account on the system. Once you have done this you can locate the record you wish to claim and hit the edit link (bottom right hand corner). On the edit page there are details on what to do next.

I assigned myself as owner to the wrong record - how do I change it?

If you contact us we can manually remove you as the owner.

Somebody else has control of my record how do I get it back?

If you believe a record to be owned by the wrong party please get in touch with us directly. We take these matters very seriously and will likely suspend the record until a resolution has been reached.

I don't want my record displayed to the world how do I hide it?

In your account settings you can update the privacy information for your profile.
