E-accent was founded in 2004 by Jorn Mineur, a business strategist and interaction designer, and Cai Xiao, a Ruby developer and former software architect with Sina, one of China’s largest web portals. E-accent was the first company in the Netherlands or China to work with Ruby on Rails as its primary development platform. Over the post 4 years we have gradually expanded our customer-base and developed our unique approach to ‘agile web business solutions’.
